Meditation is an integral component of the yogic practice. As we still the mind and clear our perception, we come to see that our true nature is divine. Through meditation we learn how to master the powerful force of the mind as we explore our inner landscape. Positive thinking is another impactful practice we can utilize to improve our state of being by guiding our thought patterns.
