REIKI LEVEL 1

The First Degree Reiki Training taught in the traditional Usui System of Natural Healing is the first certification level course in a three series educational process. After completion of Level 1 Training, you will be certified to provide healing to others, as well enhance and deepen your own self-healing and awareness. It is a wonderful practice to strengthen your vitality and well-being and can be used in conjunction with other healing modalities.

In the Level 1 Reiki Training you will learn:

• What is Reiki, How Reiki Heals

• The History of Reiki

• Reiki Attunement Process

• The 5 Principles of Reiki

• Reiki Hand Positions

• Reiki Treatments for Self and Others

• How to Give and Receive Reiki Treatments, Hands-on Reiki Practice

• Considerations for Practicing Reiki in Therapeutic and Yoga Settings

You will receive the Reiki Level 1 Attunements, which last your entire life.
